This processing of data, based on your consent, is for the purpose of managing recruitment. The data marked with an asterisk are mandatory because they are strictly necessary for the purpose indicated. Refusal to communicate all or part of this data will make it impossible to process your application.
The other data are not mandatory but remain relevant to refine your application and improve its processing. The applications submitted may be the subject of profiling by rating according to their correspondence with the expectations of the position(s) (ordering of applications from the closest to the furthest from the expectations of the position in terms, for example, years of experience). This profiling may be taken into account in the study of applications without any fully automated decision being able to be taken on its sole basis. The data will be kept for 2 years from the last contact from you. The recipients of the data are the personnel of the company TALENTS & PROJETS in charge of recruitment as well as the personnel of our subcontractor in charge of the implementation and maintenance of our recruitment platform.

How long we keep your data?

- With our customers, prospects and suppliers: customer and supplier data are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship. Then it may be kept for commercial prospecting purposes or to feed our supplier database but will be deleted 5 years without any activity from a contact.
- With our staff: for the duration of the employment of the person concerned. The data may then be archived on a computer medium with very limited access.
- With candidates: this data is kept as long as the candidate is active and will be definitively destroyed after 2 years of inactivity on his/her part.
