This specialized subsidiary company of an insurance group is implementing its strategy to harmonize support functions at the European level. In France, the project manager asked us to identify his deputy. He will manage the deployment of the IT Human resources as well as the changes needed to be operate in the functions

Content of the mission

The mission is based on two main areas of work: deployment of the IT Human resources, PMO of the France support function project, assistance to the management of the "France support functions" project and deployment of the France IT Human resources.

Concerning the IT Human resources deployment, I set up the project team and organize the steps and the schedule. On the “France support function” project, I work with the project director and the project managers (for each support function) to define the roles, work and reporting methods.

A central issue is to set up the transformation plan and the coaching of the operational teams to reinforce their involvement. I operate by deploying a very participative approach.

At the end of the mission, the new IT Human resources is implemented, as well as the new processes for the support functions. In order to perpetuate the project deliverables, I formalize a complete deployment guide for the internal teams.
