A very large global group, leader in the food industry, has undertaken a transformation of all its support functions, including human resources.

In France, with diversified and relatively independent activities, the group wanted to implement its global project and harmonize HR practices.

It called on Talents & Projets to manage the transformation of the two human resources development and administration departments

The first step is for us to fully integrate the objectives of the global project and to understand the characteristics of the French organization.

We deploy each in our field, with the group and the different activities, the new scheme of organization and role distribution

At the end of this change management mission, the new organization is in place, which allows the development of common practices and synergies between activities.
