Content of the mission

I immediately reopened the dialogue with the administration (DRIRE) and allowed to freeze the imminent threat of closure of one of the workshops.

I am working with all the site's functions to examine in detail the safety impacts of each process, while maintaining the site's productivity level.

Most of the processes are improved and secured, operators and management are involved and trained.

In 24 months, I have established a good level of security culture. The site, which was threatened with closure, is now sustainable.
