Trained as an engineer, François joined an automotive group where he developed an expertise in industrial performance. He became a Six Sigma Black Belt. He then held various operational positions in the chemical industry. After an MBA in the U.S., François joined a leading pharmaceutical company as Supply Chain Director. He continues his career in transition mainly in the Pharmaceutical industry.

In the context of a mobility policy for its senior executives, this pharmaceutical group present in 160 countries had to urgently replace the Supply Chain Director of its main site (1,200 people, 200,000 million boxes per year).

Content of the mission

I intervene on the site 5 days after the sudden departure of the post holder.

From the very first weeks, I analyze the situation, take charge of the teams and prepare the transformation of the supply chain processes.

At the end of an 18-month mission, the supply chain was aligned with the new site organization and customer performance (OTD) was improved by 15%.
